FIELDS & FARMS a Day Retreat for Women
Join us for a dreamy day retreat set in a beautifully restored old barn nestled in the peaceful countryside. We’ll begin our time together with an all-levels yoga class, led by Jen Douglas of White Buffalo Yoga, designed to ground and awaken the senses. Afterward, melt into relaxation with a wood-fired sauna session followed by an invigorating cold plunge under the open sky.
Once refreshed, we’ll gather for a nourishing lunch featuring farm-fresh ingredients and seasonal farmers market finds—think homemade blueberry jam, fresh-baked sourdough, garden salads, and more rustic delights.
We'll finish the day with a creative floral workshop, where you'll handcraft your own centerpiece using fragrant blooms straight from the fields, including lavender, wildflowers, and herbs.
This retreat is a celebration of nature, nourishment, and slowing down. Come unwind, connect, and breathe in the magic of the countryside.

Tickets are $135/ea.
