Drumming has proven to be a healing tool both physically and emotionally by releasing endorphins, which improves mood & social connection, decreases stress, and fosters well-being. Bring your drum, rattle, chimes, or use ours! No experience is required! All are welcome. You don't need an instrument, you can clap or tap, or just come and listen to the beats!
