"IYASHI 癒し ~ Deep Healing" Meditation + Sound Bath

Guided meditation takes you on a journey of deep connection with yourself, Mother Erath, and the universe. Slowly elevating vibrations in different frequencies from Throat singing, Tibetan singing bowls, Didgeridoo, and Japanese big Taiko drums resonate to your body cells and chakras, then help you to raise the vibrational frequencies, feel deeply relaxed and lighter, clear the clouds in your mind, and feel love, happiness, and unity.

The door opens at 6:45 pm and closes at 7:00 pm.

Please come early enough to get ready for the meditation.

Please stay silent before and during the session.

It is recommended that you lie down on the floor. Please bring a yoga or workout mat, blanket, water bottle, and pillow. An eye mask can also be helpful.

There are many parking spots at the venue.

Music Romm is located on the first left of the basement floor.
