You’re invited to this unique 90-minute sound bath to slow down, rest, and receive healing vibrations while immersing into a soundscape of Symphonic Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Harmonium with vocal over-toning, and more.

Using the full spectrum of sound and vibration, the brainwaves slow down to cause an involuntary state of deep meditation, which allows the nervous system to reset & the body to go through several self-healing processes .

BRING:

- Yoga mat / foamie, blanket, and pillow for comfort. You will be laying down on your back for up to 90 minutes, so bring anything you need to feel comfortable.
