Womb Wisdom Circle

This month, the Womb Wisdom Circle focuses on your monthly bleed, period, menses, menstration — whatever you want to call it.

We will focus on your first period and the wounding and imprints that may be stuck in your womb as you transitioned from an adolescent into a young woman.

Your first period is a Rite of Passage — an initiation into Womanhood.

In this Womb Wisdom Circle, we will re-write our first period stories through a Menarche Ceremony.
At the Menarche Ceremony you will:

• Acknoweldge memories, emotions, and feelings from your first period
• Learn compassion for yourself, your mother, and other women who may have been involved
• Embrace your younger self and let her merge fully into you
• Speak in words of affirmation to your younger self
• Release any guilt and shame that you may carry around the taboo of your bleed
  The time of your month is a wonderful opportunity reflect on what emotions are coming up and asking to be released.

The Womb Wisdom Circle happens Thursday, November 21st from 6:30–8:30 pm at Kahlena Movement Studio in North Vancouver.

Through this loving and nuturing ceremony, you will rewrite and harmonize the memories around your first period.
During Circle you will experience:

• Connecting with the Sisterhood of the Rose
• Shamanic Journeying into your Womb
• Sacred oils that heal and support your Womb
• Energetic Healing
