Anahata (Heart Chakra) in Sanskrit means unstruck, unbeaten, and unhurt. This is because Anahata is in reference to the celestial heart, not the physical one. This celestial heart represents all-encompassing love. This heart transcends all human love, yet encompasses it, and once the heart chakra expands and embraces all that is, the human heart will never beat the same again.
To introduce you to this chakra, 10 facts and how to keep it balanced.
A heart-opening restorative yoga practice, to help achieve exactly this.
To set your heart aglow...optional reiki and essential oils, specific to this chakra.
But mostly, we will just "be", while listening to our hearts.
