A Perfect Pair: A Valentine’s Wine & Beer Experience Saturday, February 14, 2026 • 6–9 PM •
Romance is in the air — and in every sip. Treat your special someone (or yourself!) to a dreamy evening of love, flavor, and live music. Savor four elegant dinner courses and four indulgent desserts, each paired perfectly with either fine wine or craft beer. Then, dance the night away under the glow of candlelight and good company. $120.00 per couple and you must select wine or beer pairing ticket in advance. $70 individual
Dinner Pairings:
o The First Blush – Strawberry Spinach Salad with Candied Pecans, Goat Cheese, and Raspberry Vinaigrette paired with Michigan Sparkling Rosé or Fruited Blonde Ale
o The Comfort of Connection – Pasta with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic, Basil & Mozzarella paired with Unoaked Chardonay or Pilsner
o The Passionate Pair – Herb-Roasted Chicken with Red Wine Mushroom Cream Sauce paired with Pinot Noir or Farmhouse Ale
o “The Bold Finale” – Red Wine Braised Short Ribs with Garlic Mashed Potatoes paired with Cabernet Sauvignon or Porter
Dessert Pairings:
o The Passion — Zinfandel or Brown Ale & Dark Chocolate
o The Romantic — Cherry Wine or Porter & Cherry Cordial
o The Sweetheart — Tawny Port or Cream Ale & Milk Chocolate Caramel Truffle

Eight Wines – 1.5 oz pours or eight Beers 2.5 oz pours. One 5 oz glass of wine or 16 oz beer during live music included.
