🌟APPLICATION & REGISTRATION PORTAL CLOSES 12/12/25! 💫The 2026 Sacred Journey at Otter Creek (Monroe, Mi) will be the 14th(!) journey of its kind and a particularly special one as I’ll be coming off a year break from offering trainings and just back from pilgrimage & the continued deepening of my yoga studies.
During our 4 month in person journey together we will explore the techniques and traditions of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, sound healing, sacred ceremony and the ancient Toltec teachings known as The Four Agreements. This expansive offering creates a strong foundation from which to build one's own personal practice as well as actionable tools for a wellness-focused lifestyle.
This offering welcomes all bodies and levels of experience! Having a sincere interest in improving the health of your own body, mind and spirit and a desire for deepening your connection to nature are the only prerequisites.
In one way or another, we are all teachers. This journey offers time-tested techniques and modern methods to access one's innate grace, wisdom, truth, and passion. There are gifts we've all been given to carry out our life's purpose. When we learn to access our power within, we feel naturally lead toward these gifts becoming teachers, leaders and catalysts for evolution.
Whether your intention is to reconnect with your own true nature and rediscover your personal passion, or to become a certified yoga teacher, The Sacred Journey promises a life-enhancing, soul-expanding experience.
This 200 Hr RYT training will exceed the requirements set forth by Yoga Alliance. In addition to a fully guided and supported journey of self-reflection and healing, students will study the following topics: the basic history and philosophy of yoga, the 8 Limbs of yoga, teaching methodology, yoga anatomy, meditation, pranayama, the subtle energy body, sequencing and intuitive teaching, inclusive and trauma informed teaching and the art of holding sacred space.
Common results are: awakened passion, focus & determination to serve one’s life purpose, a strong desire to share the gift of yoga with others and an overall sense of centered personal awareness.
I look forward to the possibility of diving into this sacred process with you and assisting you in awakening to your highest potential.
*Since investment options & dates are important to your decision, please let me know if you foresee any obstacles with either. We will meet online once weekly in the evening for a total of 32 hours and 1-2 weekends monthly (March-July) for in person ceremony, yoga and yoga related workshops for a total of 128 hours. An additional 40 hours of self-study and practice will round us out to 200 total hours.

Your trust in me as a guide and your investment in this training mean a lot. I value your time and energy. Enrollment is intentionally limited to assure quality time and attention. I have found that a group of no more than 10 is optimal for this experience and my own space holding capacity. I may even cap the 2026 registration at 8, so it’s a good idea to secure your spot with a deposit, or better yet, take advantage of the “FULL SEND” option to pay in full and save $600!
A non- refundable deposit of $444 secures your place in the journey and goes toward the total cost of training. If you’re ready to commit and want to save ~ there are GREAT deals via the Full Send & Early Bird options when you choose to pay in full ahead of time.
