"Dogs for Dogs" Cookout to benefit Hearts to Homes Humane Society

Join us for a lunchtime fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the First Commerce Financial Center in Tallahassee, FL! With a minimum $5 donation, you can enjoy a hot dog, chips, and drink, all while supporting Hearts to Homes Humane Society as part of our 5th Annual Liz Nix Fundraiser for Local Animal Rescue.Grab lunch while giving back and help us make a paw‑sitive impact for pets in need, every dollar truly makes a difference.
This May, during National Pet Month, First Commerce Credit Union invites you to honor the life and legacy of Liz Nix, a passionate advocate for animal welfare, by supporting local animal rescue organizations across North Florida and South Georgia. The Liz Nix Fundraiser for Animal Rescue runs May 1–31 and brings together members, staff, and community partners to raise both funds and awareness for animals in need.All funds raised throughout the month are distributed directly to participating, community-based rescue organizations, with 100% of proceeds staying local to support rescue, adoption, medical care, and humane animal welfare efforts.
