Goat Yoga and Hang with the Herd in Tallahassee

Goat House Farm opens its pastures for a joyful outdoor yoga experience surrounded by our playful herd. This is not your average studio class. It is fresh air, gentle movement, curious goats, and a whole lot of smiles.

Yoga is led by our certified instructor, who guides a light hearted, flowing sequence designed for all levels, including beginners. Modifications are always offered, so whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you will feel right at home.

Your ticket includes time to hang out with the herd after class. Stay, snap photos, scratch ears, and soak in a little extra goat therapy once we roll up our mats.

What to Bring

• A yoga mat, if you have one
• A towel
• A refillable water bottle
• Comfortable clothes you can move in and do not mind getting a little dirty

Yoga mats are available if needed.

Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot early. We also offer private sessions based on availability.

We cannot wait to share the calm of yoga and the joy our goats bring!

Before You Register

This class takes place with live animals in their home environment. Our goats are friendly and curious, and they move freely around the pasture during class. There is always a chance you, your mat, or your towel may be nibbled, stepped on, or climbed over. Consider yourself officially welcomed.

Classes may be rescheduled in the event of rain or severe weather.
