An Evening with Château Héritage: Lebanese Wine & Middle Eastern Feasting

Wine lovers can discover the flavours of Lebanon at Fat Prince’s one-night-only Château Héritage wine dinner on 8 September. Priced at $98++ per person, the evening features a four-course communal sharing menu of Middle Eastern favourites, paired with four Lebanese wines — one white, two reds and a sweet wine.

Led by Paul from Wine Heritage, guests will be introduced to Château Héritage, a five-generation family winery from Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley that was ranked No. 33 on The World’s 50 Best Vineyards 2025. Expect bold Levantine flavours across cold and hot mezze, a main course and dessert, with each course thoughtfully matched to the wines.
