An evening of Self Love, heart opening drinking Cacao, heart chakra meditation, heart healing crystal sound bath, grounding techniques, breath-work and calming the mind practices.This event is also called ANAHEARTA HEART HEALING Which is Sanskrit for 'Anahata', which is the heart chakra. Pronounced 'Ana-hata' and I have added the word 'heart' into the title for a personal touch.
This event is specifically for those who have been through trauma/abuse/bullying from a relationship - either from a parent, relative, partner, friend and even a work colleague. This event is also suitable for those who are just lacking in self worth and self love.
I have taken good care, lots of time and love to write up this sound bath and what it will include and have specialised it to focus on your heart centre to bring in self love, gratitude, forgiveness and peace within.
My aim is to bring in like-minded souls together who have all been through similar experiences and may be feeling alone on their healing journey. My experience is something I have only recently started to share online and have been planning for a while now to turn a negative experience into a positive experience. Going through heart trauma also turned into brain and emotional trauma for myself personally and it took me a while to find holistic ways to self heal and bring back who I once was, but better.
All of these healing coping mechanisms and techniques I am bringing into my sound bath to share with you all. Each one of you are in a safe environment with me and I can assure you we will not be resurfacing negative past memories or the person involved. This sound bath is about learning to live in the present and focusing on what your future looks like for you with love, healing, light and peace. It is a doorway to enlightenment and your higher self.
This sound bath includes a guided heart chakra meditation, grounding and protection meditation, sound healing (sound bath) Heart frequency F# The Higher Heart Chakra and music at 639Hz, Reiki healing in my 6ft copper pyramid, letter to your younger and higher self, fire ceremony, cleansing your aura, brightening your aura for a new aura glow, and gifting you all with a beautiful Rose Quartz crystal and a Megan hug.
In this gentle sound bath I will help teach you how to:
✧ Ground your beautiful energy with Mother Earth
✧ Tips on healing trauma and abuse recovery
✧ Deep breathing techniques with the belly and lungs
✧ Reprogamming the brain and showing you which part of the brain gets affected from trauma (showing you using my 3D brain ornament)
✧ Focus on self forgiveness, self love and self worth
✧ Live in the present moment and not let your mind wonder
✧ Bring you back to who you once were, but better!
CACAO will also be provided as this is a ceremonial grade heart opener.
Cacao will be made by myself with a vanilla extract. The taste is very similar to hot chocolate but better! So we will have our own little cacao ceremony too!
Please wear PINK or GREEN to acknowledge the colours of the heart chakra.
Your YOUinverse is what matters the most and in this sound bath there is no judgment. All I ask is that you just be your beautiful self and please bring with you a bottle of water, a yoga mat, a pillow, and blanket and/or anything else you wish for example your crystals.
Pens and paper will be provided.
