🪷 I invite you to join me as I take you on a guided meditation through your Chakra System to bring in balance..cleansing and healing.
Open to anyone…beginners are most welcome.
Meditation will be seated and I have plenty cushions and throws.
The meditation will begin with a short relaxation..and last about an hour
There will be time for discussion afterwards with a herbal tea.
Exchange is £10
