Yoga with me Maria
Including Kria (actions with yoga )
Breath work
Embodied movement to shift and move any stagnant energy
Meditation using our voices singing kundalini mantra ( optional to sing )
Interval
Plant based autumn themed treats with a cosy warming drink.
Rejuvenation with sound healing ( sound bath) 🍂 with Julie
Sound Healing can initiate the relaxation response and the body relaxes, the blood pressure lowers, heart rate lowers and the body basically goes into healing mode … bliss 🧡🍂
