🪷 I invite you to join me as I take you on a guided meditation to connect to Mother Earth to bring in balance,cleansing,healing & grounding.
We will also send out that healing to Mother Earth.💜
Class is open to anyone ..beginners are most welcome.
We will be seated and I have plenty cushions and throws.
We will begin with a short relaxation and the meditation will be approx an hour.
There will be time afterwards for discussion and a herbal tea.
Exchange is £10 .
