About this Event
Welcome to Altora Fit Sessions! Where we engage in effective, body sculpting, high-energy workouts. Come ready to sweat,challenge yourself, push your limits, and bring your A game to every session.
We’ll be using a variety of equipment keep things dynamic and effective:
- Elastic Bands
- Yoga Ball
- Yoga Mat
Don’t forget to bring water (If not, no worries, your ticket gets you a free bottle of water.)
