PRVL Bootcamp x One Team Elite Fitness presents the Half-ROX Challenge!
Join us on Saturday, August 15, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a HYROX-inspired fitness experience built for athletes of all fitness levels. Half-ROX brings you the full race experience with half the reps and half the distance!
Compete solo or with a partner as you take on eight functional fitness stations, with a 500-meter run after every station.

Whether you are preparing for your next HYROX race, testing your fitness, or looking for a new challenge alongside the community, Half-ROX is your opportunity to train, compete, and push your limits.
All fitness levels are welcome. Every movement can be scaled, but every athlete should come ready to work!
