Join us for an Afro Beats & Reggaeton–themed Yoga Sculpt & Flow—where movement meets music in the most energizing way. Feel the rhythm, build strength, and flow through a combination of yoga poses 🧘 and exercise weight training 🏋️that will leave you feeling empowered, motivated, and accomplished. This class is the perfect balance of flexibility, aerobics, and strength!
New to yoga? Perfect! This class is beginner-friendly, so come as you are—no experience needed. Let’s ditch the negativity, have some fun, and keep showing up for ourselves! 💪
