Step into a day of deep nourishment and heartfelt connection at All About the Love, a replenishing retreat day with Saira Francis at Moreton Village Hall in the rural Dorset countryside. Held in sacred space, this is your invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect, with yourself and with love.
Add in a Soul Medicine Yoga Rave with Saira and Sam Wilson Zara on the Friday evening at the same venue, to create a weekend retreat, travel from home or stay locally. More detail coming soon

It is always a joy to share these affordable retreat days a few times a year alongside my other multi award winning retreats in the UK and abroad.
The idea for these days is you receive exactly the same Mellulah Magic, you just bring your own lunch. Everything else is the same, beautiful yoga flow, blissful sound healing and gorgeous location.
Join me for the weekend, book the Soul Medicine Yoga Rave – yoga, dancing to 90s house classics with live DJ and then a blissful sound bath with Saira and Sam on Friday 13th 6.30-9.30pm to add to your All about the love yoga day on Saturday 14th 10-4pm create a weekend retreat Friday – Saturday for just £80!

Saturday Day Retreat Schedule
10:00 am Arrive at Moreton Hall in the beautiful Dorset countryside
10:30 am Yoga flow with Saira for all abilities with beautiful heart opening meditation and breathwork, vinyasa flow yoga, yoga nidra and relaxation.
12:30 pm Bring your own lunch, we will have everything you need, plates, cutlery and tables to sit and enjoy together, just bring your picnic
1:30 pm All about the love sacred guided meditation and activation with Saira
2:45 pm Sound Bath with 7 chakra singing bowls, tibetan bowls, symphonic gong, koshi chimes and more.
3:45 pm Vegan cakes and lovely tea
4:00 pm Goodbyes!
