About this Event

There will be a short lead meditation, a mindful walk around the nature reserve (pausing from time to time) followed by a short reflection on our experiences. Plus enjoy tea/coffee/biscuits. Booking essential. Free event but donations welcome.

When you arrive please show the Warden your ticket on your phone or print it out to be admitted to the event.
