Align is an invitation to soften, to release, and to return to the deepest part of yourself. This is a space for women who feel the call to clear what no longer serves, and to awaken the energy of creation that lives within.Through somatic movement and yin yoga, we’ll flow from release into renewal, unraveling blocks held in the body and opening into the beauty of conscious creation. With intention, movement, and breath, you’ll be guided into energetic alignment with the life you’re ready to call in.
Facilitated by Tara, Tantra Practitioner and Author on emotional empowerment, and Sarah, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner and Life Coach, this experience is born of sisterhood and devotion. Together, we’re here to help you awaken your body, liberate your energy, and consciously create the life you deserve ✨
