🩷She has been a gentle teacher and guide, showing us that yes, though she is beautiful, emanating a divine peaceful quality that soothes the soul, she grew through the mud & water in order to bloom.
✨The spirit of the Lotus teaches us the importance of grounding in the here and now, connected to the Earth, our heart & body, to grow, thrive and bloom in a sustainable way.
🪷The higher our frequency rises, the deeper our roots must grow to bring through our divine soul qualities in a calm, grounded manner.
Once we are grounded and connected to Mother Gaia (the Earth), our nervous system feels safe for us to let go of what no longer serves, open our heart, and raise our frequency.
