About this Event

The Align Deepen and Reemerge Program intends to educate and empower folks through the holistic health system known as Polarity Therapy. Sessions are both offered in group workshops as well as private Polarity Therapy sessions.
Polarity Therapy is a powerful healing system that merges the subtle and metaphysical with the physical. We will practice visualizing the chakras and the aura. We will use gentle exercises to unlock these energies with an added focus to balancing Fire and Water, Air, Space, Earth and Space (also known as Ether
These elements, all in some ways facilitated by the Air element, of course using breath, are prominent in different chakras and areas of our body, as well as our organs. They influence our responses to life that can often feel out of our control. What we can work on is altering our nervous, endocrine, and subtle energy systems in a way that is in alignment with our purpose and our truth. This takes time, with much nurturing, faith, and patience.
-Fire is our passion, our intuition, our protection and discernment but also can turn into anger, impatience, and looking without leaping
-Water is psychic sensitivity, creative wisdom, compassion and love, but we can be emotionally overwhelmed and confused when we don't have that protection and passion
-Space is what holds our possibilities, and we can find the information we need from the cosmos and the ethers to pull down into our bodily existence and manifest
-Earth gives us the containership and the embodiment to live out these, passions, creative urges, and beautiful possibilities, but it can be complacent, lethargic, fearful, and clinging to comforts and a narrow sense of stability

-The Ritual Will End with a Ground Energy Clearing with Crystals and Vocal Toning While You Law Down in Meditation
