Coastal Run - 9:00AM - 6 Westwood Ave, Suite #1, Scarborough, ME 04074
We'll head out for a 6 to 7 mile group trail run on the Eastern Trail. This is a flat, non-technical trail and the distance can be easily modified to do more or less mileage. We will meet back at Coastal Run for coffee and donuts and shopping!
Common sense protocols: please do not attend if you are not feeling well. Attendance at a group run is inherently risky. Your presence reflects your acceptance of the risks.
