These Shares are open to Reiki Practitioners of all levels and people with positive curiosity and intrigue about Reiki. In addition to Reiki energy, participants often benefit from mindfulness and coaching as we share in this healing community. Each participant will receive Reiki, one at a time. A Reiki Share further provides the opportunity for learning and growth.
Reiki is... a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing. It's done through passing of soothing energy flow from the hands into the client, promoting calm and releasing tension. Energy that is depleted and out of balance can cause illness. Through Reiki, the lost energy is restored, allowing balance, harmony, and inner peace. This balance helps the body heal itself on a deeper level.
Look forward to sharing with you!
