Join us under the June New Moon for an evening devoted to awakening the vibrant life force that lives within every woman, at every age.

Greta Grace will guide an embodied meditation, Chakra Alchemy Dance , a sacred movement practice designed to help us ground into the earth, soften into the body, and remember the ecstatic current that emerges when we root deeply enough to rise. She brings this body of work through her Priestess training with Leyolah Antara.

From this foundation, Wowza will lead an expressive arts journey inviting movement, flexibility, creativity, and unapologetic aliveness—awakening the passionate, playful, and untamed parts of ourselves that long to be expressed.

Come ready to move, create, connect, and rediscover the truth that vitality is not something we lose—it is something we stir, awaken, and cultivate.
