Wine Down Wednesday: Wine Tasting & Soundbath Experience

Wine Down Wednesday is a welcoming wellness experience that begins with wine tasting followed by a calming guided Soundbath session featuring Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, and other healing sound instruments.

At Soundbath Retreats, we create a safe and relaxing space where busy people can slow down, unwind, and reconnect through the soothing vibrations of sound. Whether you are looking to release stress, quiet your mind, or simply enjoy a relaxing night out, this experience is open to everyone — no prior Soundbath experience needed.

What to Know:

● Please bring your own yoga mat for comfort during the Soundbath session.

● Wine tasting is available for the first 20 attendees.

● Comfortable clothing is encouraged.

● Come with an open mind and allow yourself time to fully relax and enjoy the experience.

The event will take place in the Community Room at Total Wine & More in Culver City, 2nd Floor, creating a cozy and welcoming environment for relaxation and connection.
