With live-mixed soundscapes, playful prompts, and space to move freely, these workshops invite you to explore connection, curiosity, and joy through your own body’s language.

Wednesday morning sessions are presented as part of Wellness Wednesday! Come early to enjoy complimentary bread, soup and coffee in our garden, beginning at 10 a.m., or join at 9 a.m. to participate in mindfulness mendiation.
