Why not join me for a nurturing afternoon of yoga during the cold winter month of February? The venue is the warm, cosy chapel at The Olive Tree in Penketh.The afternoon will consist of nourishing yoga and meditation, together with pranayama practices. We will end the afternoon with a guided yoga nidra.
The cost is £30 if paid by 4th Jan, £35 after 4th if space.
NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS TO DIFFERENT EVENTS, but you can transfer your place on this event to a friend if you can't attend.
