TALKHUB men's mental health football session

We organise men's mental health football matches at Orford Jubilee 2-3 times a month. These sessions promote mental health awareness and bring guys together from different backgrounds. We usually start off with a warm up and then go in to some fun drills and do some shooting practice. We then split off in to two teams.

We have kits and bibs so no need to worry about what to wear, we can provide shirts, shorts and socks if needed. We finish the game off with some free kicks or a penalty shootout.
