Indulge in some gorgeous organic skincare with a guided facial.

We will enjoy face yoga known for releasing stress & tension whilst improving blood flow and stimulating collagen to the face.

We will practice pranayama - feeling the benefits of breath to our body and energy systems.

Take deep stretches & practice floor based relaxing restorative yoga.
