Our popular Afrobeats + Heal Experience is BACK!

Turn off the world and relax in nature and connect with new friends and neighbors at our weekly Afrobeats & Heal session that combines Afrobeats music with simple methods of releasing stress and protecting your peace. This experience is curated and hosted by Chrissy, a trauma-informed empath dedicated to making you feel safe and supported in their healing journey. This limited TEN WEEK series takes place every Sunday at 11am from June 16th - August 18th (weather permitted).​

Afrobeats + Heal Experience Includes:

• Intro to Deep Breathing
• Intro to Grounding/Earthing
• Gentle Full Body Stretching (not yoga, easier on all bodies)
• Guided Meditation
• Community Check In

This experience welcomes men, women, and non-binary teens and adults, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone to unlock the inner peace you deserve while connecting with community and nature.

Guests must bring a mat/blanket and bottled water. Class size is limited to 10 adult guests.
