Ready to slow down, switch off and give yourself some much-needed time?
Join House of Justine at The Bolt Rooms for our adults-only sound bath, using the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls to create a peaceful space where you can relax and take a break from everyday life.
Life can be busy, and it’s easy to forget to make time for ourselves. This session offers you the opportunity to lie back, get comfortable and immerse yourself in the sounds of the bowls.
Whether you’re completely new to sound healing or have experienced a sound bath before, you’re welcome to join us.
Come as you are, leave the outside world at the door, and give yourself permission to simply be.
