Vinyasa Flow

Join us for an open-level Vinyasa flow yoga class at ÖY Studio in Glasgow centre.

This small group class (maximum 6 students) is designed to support both emotional and physical wellbeing through mindful movement and breathwork. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, our teacher will offer both modifications and progressions, so you can move at your own pace.

At ÖY, we believe yoga is more than exercise. It’s a way to reconnect with yourself. With a cosy, living-room style space, our classes also promote community and connection in an intimate setting.

• Option to book as a drop-in or with a class pass
• Mats available, or bring your own
