With the holidays behind us and a fresh new year underway, this is the perfect time to pause, breathe, and care for yourself. Join fellow Adler Elementary School moms for a 45-minute Restorative Yoga class on Tuesday, January 28th at 6:30 pm at Zen in Libertyville.

This deeply calming class is designed to help you unwind after the busyness of the season. Through gentle, fully supported poses and guided relaxation, you’ll release tension, quiet your mind, and ease into a sense of renewal. No yoga experience is needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
