Bibimbap is a traditional Korean dish that is simply wonderful – the hot stone bowl crisps the rice, then you add vegetables, a small amount of deliciously marinated beef, and top with an egg and some savory-spicy Gochujang sauce! It is delicious, and actually healthy!This will be a participation lunch – you’ll build yours, learn all about the ingredients including the meat marinade, the savory umami sauce and how to perfectly crisp the rice – this is and how to make this at home with friends and family.
Chef Laura brings her Korean heritage along with her Chicago restaurant experience – come have some fun!
Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through the process giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
