Accessing Your Heart Space is a sound bath centered on tenderness, connection, and the subtle intelligence of the heart. Through waves of resonant sound, you’re invited to settle beneath the noise of the mind and into a quieter place — one that feels open, receptive, and deeply human.

As you rest, the sounds move slowly and deliberately, creating an atmosphere that encourages emotional softening and gentle awareness. Many people notice a sense of warmth in the chest, a feeling of spaciousness, or a renewed connection to compassion — for themselves and for others. There is no pressure to feel anything specific. The experience meets you exactly where you are.

This sound bath is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling closed off, disconnected, or guarded, or if you’re simply longing for a moment of sincerity and presence. The vibrations work subtly, inviting the body to relax and the heart to feel safe enough to open, even just a little.

There is nothing to fix, release, or force. Only an invitation to rest, listen, and spend some time in the quiet center of yourself.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where people are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various overtone-emitting instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. During a sound bath, people lie down and listen to resonant sounds, allowing their brain waves to slow and shift from a more active state to a more relaxed or dreamlike state. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, explore self-inquiry and self-discovery, and help people let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries. A sound bath is typically a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.

Our sound baths may include the following instruments: over 70 Crystal Singing Bowls & Tibetan Singing Bowls (including 5 sets of Chakra Tuned Singing Bowls), Crystal Quartzophone Harp, Zaphir Chimes, Bar Chimes, Flutes, Rain Stick, Buffalo Drum, Ocean Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Handpans, Kalimba, Tingshas and other traditional instruments from around the world.

To help us care for our premium floor cushions, we ask that you please bring 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭 to cover your mat and 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐭 to stay warm during the sound bath. You’re also welcome to bring a 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 for extra comfort. This helps us maintain a clean, cozy space for everyone. No yoga mat needed! Come dressed comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.

If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body/brain injury, tinnitus, epilepsy, metal in the body, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally, please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath, thank you!
