Join us to learn about access to the outdoors from an accessibility professional. Taylor Yount shares personal stories about her experiences as an outdoor enthusiast with disabilities and offers insights on how to enjoy nature despite various challenges. She also briefly highlights how these experiences led her to start a consulting business, which focuses on helping businesses and organizations enhance their accessibility to include everyone and grow their economic success. Nature is free and should be accessible to all. Understanding how to make outdoor activities more equitable is a crucial step toward access-friendly adventures. Food available! The lecture starts at 6pm, but doors open at 5:30 for anyone who wants to order dinner delivered from Siren's Lure Teahouse and Bakery. Menu and prices will be added soon. You will be able to add your menu choices on during registration.
This presentation is otherwise free to attend if you are not ordering food.
Menu and registration coming soon!
