Join Vicky @Iamvickymiddleton and Laura @laura.mcco will be offering a beautiful ceremony on 5th July 1.15pm at Fairways where we will be tuning into the energy Abundance, and ways to receive this more deeply. If you are feeling the need to be in rest, expansion and community we would love for you to be there. We will guide you to land into safe sacred space, to ground, to connect with the energy of cacao, to move into a restorative breath practice followed by delicious gentle flow yoga session and oracle cards.
Cacao has been used in sacred practices for thousands of years, originating all the way back to Mayan and Aztec traditions in Central and South America. Its medicine guides you to open your heart space, to awaken and expand into your true nature and to connect with your inner wisdom. Vicky is a Reiki master, Cacaoista and a Breathwork Practitioner with 1000hrs accredited training approved by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.
Laura is a registered teacher of Hatha Yoga with the British School of Yoga with 200 hours accredited training.
