45 minute Pilates session with Amy

We’re bringing local experts directly to the Helix Site so you can move your body and clear your mind. Whether you need to blow off steam with HIIT or find some calm with breathwork, we’ve got a space for you.
The Lowdown: A welcoming, low-impact class focused on building core strength, improving posture, and moving your body safely. Think of it as a supportive space to stretch and strengthen at your very own pace, with absolutely zero pressure and zero competition.
- Why book this? You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. You will leave the mat feeling stronger, more empowered, and proud of what your body can do.
The Details:
- What: Pilates
- When: 1:00 – 1:45 (please arrive at 10 mins before the class starts)
- Where: The Core Building, meet at reception 10 mins before class starts
- Experience: All levels welcome. No pressure, no ego, just movement.
- Equipment: Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle for hydration & a sweat towel
(bring any other equipment etc. that makes you feel more comfortable)

Health & Participation I confirm that I am fit to take part in physical activity and will inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations that may affect my participation before the session begins. I understand it is my responsibility to seek medical advice if needed.
Assumption of Risk I understand that these fitness and wellbeing sessions involve physical movement and carry an inherent risk of injury (such as strains, sprains, dizziness, or aggravation of existing conditions). I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur.
No Medical Advice I understand that not all the Instructors are medical professionals and any guidance or modifications provided during the session do not constitute medical advice.
Liability Waiver To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless MR, including all instructors, staff, and the venue, from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from my participation.
Accessibility & Emergency Evacuation (PEEPs) I agree to flag any visual impairments, limited mobility, or disabilities to the instructor immediately upon arrival. This ensures the venue can accommodate my safety and position me near a primary emergency exit with a clear, unobstructed pathway.
Emergency Care I consent to receive emergency medical treatment if required during the event and accept full responsibility for any associated costs.
Agreement By purchasing a ticket and signing up, I confirm that I have read, understood, and fully agree to the terms of this waiver.
Photo Consent: You consent to promotional photography/videography being taken during the session (please let the instructor know before class if you wish to opt-out).
Meet Your Practitioner: Amy Forster
Mikaila is a qualified Yoga and Pilates practitioner who is all about creating fun, supportive spaces. Her sessions focus on building strength safely and moving at your own pace. There’s no competition or pressure to perform here - just an invitation to move in a way that makes you feel empowered and proud, regardless of your level.
