About this Event
Take your tastebuds on a trip to Spain—no passport required! This class puts a plant-based spin on four beloved Spanish dishes, including crispy Patatas Bravas, the silky Tortilla Española (without eggs!), and a vibrant, flavor-packed Paella. We’ll enjoy our tapas with a refreshing Tinto de Verano—with a non-alcoholic option, of course! This class is completely vegan and gluten-free, proving that Spanish cuisine can be just as bold and delicious without animal products. ¡Salud!

Pan con Tomate (Tomato Bread)
Patatas Bravas (Saucy Potatoes)
Tortilla Española (Egg-Free Potato Omelette)
Paella (Vibrant Rice & Vegetable Dish)
Tinto de Verano (with non-alcoholic option)
