Tired of the same old salad? Say hello to vibrant, texture-packed, flavor-forward salads that will keep you excited to eat your greens! In this class, you’ll learn how to transform simple ingredients into bold and satisfying dishes with homemade dressings, crunchy toppings, and fresh flavor combinations. Plus, we’ll discuss tips for keeping greens fresh and how to mix and match ingredients to keep things exciting all year long.

Mixed Greens Salad with Crunchy Chickpeas & Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette
Asian-Inspired Napa Cabbage Slaw with Toasted Sesame Seeds
