Truly, what could be better than spreading love and joy among your tribe through enjoyable and healthy activities? Nothing quite embodies "BFFs forever" like some seaside stretching to a feel-good music playlist, followed by a delightful treat! 🌊🧘‍♀️⚡💪🤸🏻‍♀️ #GalentineDay

Experience includes: Slow Flow Yoga Session, A Partner Pose, Sweet Treat and Photo Station. ( +up-level options below ) Class duration is 75+ minutes.

This uplifting experience is designed for all levels, including newbies. It’s a judgment-free, non-competitive space. The teacher will demonstrate movements and provide verbal guidance via a high-quality sound system, making it easy for everyone to follow along.

For over 18 years on Fort Lauderdale Beach, we have hosted a series of events, along with daily classes. Each gathering is unique! Be sure to secure your spot and read all the details about this special event below.

🔸🎒 Beach Essentials to Bring

For practice, bring a large beach towel or blanket for more coverage on the sand to practice on, and hand towel and bottle of water *VIP tickets include blankets for pactice and water.

(we do NOT rent towels or mats)

It can get chilly on the beach after sunset, so remember to bring layers or cover-ups if your staying after class.

A bag is essential to keep your belongings organized and prevent them from getting lost in the sand.

Plan for extra travel time to the beachside, park, check-in, and spend extra time on the beach. Event duration 90 minutes.

We are across the street from trulucks and down the block from many beautiful beachside resturants to enjoy after class. Casual spost are at NE 9th street.

• Canceled events receive a 100% refund.
