A Sound Spa Experience (Womens Week) @ Templemore Baths Heritage Space

As part of the Women’s Week programme, you’re invited to a Sound Spa Experience offered as a quiet, sound-based session in a calm, supportive setting.
(This event is part of the Women’s Week programme and is open to all.)

The session involves the live playing of sound instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gentle percussion, and grounding rhythm. You’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably and listen, allowing the sounds to be experienced in your own way.

People often describe a wide range of responses to sound-based sessions. For some, the experience may feel physically relaxing; for others it may be reflective or simply restful. There is no right or wrong way to experience the session, and no particular outcome is expected.

The session is intentionally held as a spacious group experience within the Heritage Space of Templemore Baths.

• A live, sound-based listening experience
• Use of singing bowls, drum, and gentle percussion
• A quiet, respectful group environment

No previous experience with sound-based sessions is needed.

• Bring a yoga mat if you have one (a limited number will be available)
• Bring a pillow and blanket for comfort
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Bring water

• Chairs are available if required

This session is not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy.
