Enjoy a wonderfully relaxing practise of yoga to soothe your mind, release your body and deepen your connection with your developing baby. Connect with other mothers who are going through the same experience.

For further support you will be invited to a private Facebook group in which you can connect with other mums and also access a range of pre-recorded videos for pregnancy yoga. So should you miss class you can always run through a selection of videos in your own time.
