Lent is a season that invites us to pause, reflect, and reset. Over forty days, it offers space to slow down, take stock of our lives, and think more deeply about what really matters.Through reflection, giving something up, or taking on something positive, we create room for growth and change. These small, intentional choices help us clear away distractions and focus on kindness, resilience, and connection with others.
As we move toward Holy Week and Easter, Lent reminds us that honest self-reflection can lead to renewal, and that generosity and care for others are powerful forces for good. We grow stronger when we walk this journey together with openness and humility.
This Lent, we’re pleased to be running a programme in partnership with Gift, based on Lectio Divina — a gentle, reflective way of reading and discussing texts together. Why not make this part of your Lent commitment this year?
