Join us for a sacred settling, a gentle immersion into breathwork, movement, and sound healing designed to attune the body-mind to the rhythms of rest. This ceremonial evening opens with a warm cacao ritual, inviting ancestral memory and communal nourishment to guide our descent into stillness.
Through intentional breath, somatic movement, and vibrational soundscapes, we’ll invite the nervous system to soften, the heart to listen, and the body to remember its own wisdom. This is a space for restoration, for quiet joy, and for preparing the inner soil for winter’s dreaming.
