Part 1: Introduction to Ayurveda
In this first session, we’ll explore the foundational principles of Ayurveda—focusing on understanding your unique elemental constitution (dosha) and how it relates to the natural world around you.
Through a blend of practical teachings, hands-on activities, and self-assessment tools, you’ll begin to uncover the ways imbalance manifests and how to restore harmony using Ayurvedic lifestyle practices.
