A Mystic Metaphysical Movement Practice, Yoga at Confia Collective

Come join us for some mystic metaphysical movement on our back patio!
This event is routinely hosted by Lily, owner of Lily and the Lotus Ceremonial Embodiment Services. Lily is a beloved employee of Confía Collective for 3 years now and is deeply rooted in the Confía community. In addition, she is a 400-hour certified yoga teacher with certifications from both Sacred Space School of Yoga and Karma Yoga Center. Lily has been following the yogic path for over 7 years and has deep gratitude for the practice, both inside and outside of the asana.

Lily’s classes are Hatha yoga-based with influences of QiGong and Kundalini. She believes the specialized movements of these modalities create new pathways of energy in the body, mind, and spirit, and offer helpful tools even when not on the mat. Her goal is for you to feel comfortable seeing yourself, feeling yourself, and being yourself—inside and outside of class. In addition to yoga, Lily offers various workshops and monthly New Moon Ceremonies here at Confia.

These yoga classes are designed to be inclusive and supportive of all relationships with the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. With her extensive certifications, she is well-prepared to accommodate a wide range of physical needs—please feel free to communicate any adjustments or modifications that would best support your body. Additionally, chair yoga is available for those with limited mobility in the lower body, ensuring that everyone can access the benefits of the practice.

*All props including mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows are provided.

Bring a water bottle and your lovely self—plus anything else that makes you feel comfortable.

Yoga is on our back patio and takes place outside of store hours. The easiest way to enter is to walk down the alley just north of our front entrance, between Green Light Reiki and the Colorado Potters Guild. You'll see a wooden fence—that’s where yoga takes place, just inside the gate!
Or, walk down the alley between Pearl and Pennsylvania, with entrances on Iowa or Florida.

Sundays: 8:30–9:30 AM – Pearl Street Farmers Market morning!
Parking will NOT be available on S. Pearl Street. Be sure to arrive early and give yourself enough time to walk over to our back patio.

Wednesdays: 6:30–7:30 PM – Parking on and around Pearl Street should be easy.
Summertime on Pearl is popular, so give yourself a little grace time for parking and walking around back to the gate.

If you’d like to become a regular at this yoga class, you can purchase a Package Punch Card Pass as your ticket option, this first pass will be $77. This Punch Pass Package includes 6 classes and is available for $77. If you’ve purchased one, please still sign up via Eventbrite and select “Package Punch Card Pass” as your ticket option—then let Lily know when you arrive.

The ticket prices are designed on a sliding scale to make this event accessible for those of different economic statuses. There are a limited number of tickets for each tier, so please purchase the highest ticket tier that you can comfortably afford (review "Green Bottle" image below to see where you fall on the sliding scale). Each ticket tier receives the same experience. There are a limited number of tickets available, so be sure to reserve your spot.
