9th Annual Teen Nation Back To School-Health & Wellness Jam Fest (Heights)

We are proud to present The 8th Annual Kids and Teen Nation Back to School Health and Wellness Jam-fest Saturday, August 15, 2025 at the West End/Heights Multi-Service Center 170 Heights Blvd Houston, TX 77007 from 11AM to 4PM. During the Kids and Teen Nation Back to School Health and Wellness Jam-fest, students receive free backpacks, school supplies, free high blood pressure, glucose checking, vision screening and additional health screenings. Students will also engage in various workshops on bullying, cyber-bullying, financial literacy, etiquette, healthy eating tips and see live performances by some of Houston’s top artist and talent. Your sponsorship to The Teen Nation Back to School Health and Wellness Jam-fest is highly needed.
We envision every child having the best learning opportunities possible, beginning with the tools they need to succeed in the classroom and in life. This vision can be hampered for many families by already stretched budgets. The Kids and Teen Nation Back to School Health and Wellness Jam-fest will well equip the students in the Houston community with the supplies they need to succeed this school 2025/2026 school year. Our goal is to give away school supplies to over 300 K-12 students in the Houston area. We hope to serve every student who attends and with your financial support and commitment from businesses and organizations like yours, we can have a great impact on each student's life. The Backpacks and school supplies will be given out on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

We also need volunteers to help at the event from serving food, manning games, kid zone area, helping students select school supplies, and much more!
